SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Germany.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and, where available, tracking information.

Estimated shipping times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, customs procedures, and other circumstances outside of our control.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in the destination country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, customs, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-order pieces are produced after the order has been placed. They are not held in stock and require additional production time before being shipped.

The estimated production and shipping timeframe is stated on the respective product page. These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on production volume, material availability, and other circumstances.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your piece will be produced specifically for the pre-order period and will ship at a later date.

Minor variations in stitching, measurements, fading, and finish may occur due to the individual production process and are part of the character of the garment.

Pre-orders remain subject to all applicable statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal.
